Payment with Credit Card
Products can be ordered online using a secure gateway. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Purchases must include the billing address and name on the credit card. Payment in full is required for all online transactions.

Payment with Checks or Money Order
We accept personal check or money order for purchases, but you must call and make arrangements to use these forms of payment. Items will be held until the check has cleared the bank, which can take up to two weeks for checks and two days for money orders. Products will be shipped or in care of to the name and address on the check or money order.

Deposit and Layaway
Deposits and initial payment on layaway will be 25% of the final price. Full payment must be made within 60 days. Failure to complete the transaction within 60 days will result in the loss of your deposit. To arrange a deposit or layaway please contact us at 618-534-7987.


Online Firearm Purchases
Federal law prevents the sale and shipment of a firearm from Five Rings Armory directly to individuals (shipped to your house). All out-of-store firearm purchases must ship directly to an FFL Dealer to disposition to you.

The steps for out-of-store purchase are:

  1.   Order your firearm through our secure gateway.
  2.   Locate a FFL dealer near you that will accept the transfer of your firearm. If you do not know which dealer to use in your area, contact customer service and they will assist you in locating one.
  3.   Have the FFL dealer email us a copy of their FFL to along with the Five Rings Armory FFL Transfer Form sheet attached to your invoice and located as a tab on the top menu.


  1.   We will send you an email when the firearm ships, which will include a tracking number.

Visits To The Armory
If you would like to visit the armory, please make sure that you have your FOID Card with you (for firearm handling). If you are bringing a firearm in for trade or sale, it must be properly stored for transportation (fully enclosed in case and separated from ammo).  There shall be no brandishing of a weapon at the armory!

Long-Gun and Ammo Sales
You must be 18 to purchase.
Illinois law requires a 24-hour waiting period from the start of the transaction. We define the start of the transaction as the time stamp on our receipt. If you are an out of state buyer, you are subject to your state laws and FFL’s polices.

Handgun and Handgun ammo sales
Must be 21 to purchase
Illinois law requires a 72-hour waiting period from the start of the transaction. We define the start of the transaction as the time stamp on our receipt. If you are an out of state buyer, you are subject to your state laws and FFL’s polices.

Youth Handgun Safety Act and Firearm Locks
All handguns come with a brochure about the Youth Handgun Safety Act and a firearm lock. It is also optional and free to receive a printed personal firearms record.

Frames are treated under the same policy as handguns.

Transfers of a Firearm from another FFL to the Armory
Transfers cost $20.00 per firearm if the transfer is a regular transfer. You must come into the store to schedule the transfer and conduct paperwork. We will return to sender any firearms shipped to us without prior consent. 

Shipping of a Firearm to Another State for Transfer
We will gladly transfer a firearm to another state for you. There is a $30.00 fee plus shipping cost of the firearm. We will only ship to another Federally Licensed Firearms (FFL) Dealer.

Shipping/ Delivery Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within three to seven days. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is not available for shipment. Tracking numbers will be issued for all shipments.


Customer Data/ Privacy Policy
Customer Data is not shared with other vendors.

Return/Refunds Policies 

Payment is non-refundable. We will allow you to reschedule for a different date for training one time only. Instructors are paid by class size and this ensures payment for them, and it allows us to know how many students we have in each class for logistical purposes. In the event of an emergency, we will try to accommodate you.

If the wrong item is shipped to you, we will provide a full refund. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned to us within seven days of its delivery to you or your FFL. 
If there is a problem with the firearm, you must contact us prior to leaving the FFL. Once a firearm leaves the FFL, it is non-refundable.  However, your business is important to us and we want to make it right. We will guide you through the return process of the manufacturer of the firearm to ensure your satisfaction.
Lights, optics, and other weapon mountable accessories and in-store electronics have manufacturer warranties and are not refundable. We will help guide you with dealing with the manufacturer of the malfunctioning item. 
Ammo is non-refundable once purchased. 
All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. 
The item(s) must be in original condition (unused) with any included accessories at the point of sale. Before a return is conducted, you must contact customer service and make arrangements.
